Due to license agreements some items are only shipped to specific countries. You will be refunded if a product is unavailable to be shipped to your region. 

Below are estimates of shipping times. These estimates do not account for weather delays, customs, or holidays.

SHIPPING

Domestic Warehouse:

Products shipped from our domestic warehouses arrive with 1-7 business days.  

International Warehouse:

Products shipped from our international warehouses should arrive within 12-20 business days.

NOTE:

We know long shipping times suck. If you’d like to get products sourced internationally off of your order just leave a note in the comments section of your order or email support@alluforu.com.

Please understand your order is important to us and we start working on it as soon as possible. If your order has already started processing we can’t change your order.

  • Alluforu is not responsible for a package that cannot be delivered due to incorrect, incomplete, or missing shipping information. Please be aware of shipping details before proceeding with check out. Any errors can be addressed by contacting support@alluforu.com.
  • If your order contains products from both International and Domestic warehouse, your items may be packaged separately. 
  • If a product is found to be different than advertised, you may be eligible for a  store credit. Please see Refund Policy for details.
  • All country tax and duty tax is not the responsibility of Alluforu. The customer is accountable for all duties, fees, taxes, and or restrictions implemented by the customers country.
  • All custom fees, taxes, and other responsibilities are the sole responsibility of the customer. Alluforu can not calculate and is not responsible for noting what the charges may be. Please use due diligence before placing your order. Any additional charges must be paid to the local postal carrier in order for the merchandise to clear customs. Releasing your package is under the control of the custom agent handling your purchase and this may delay your delivery. In accordance with custom authorities, all orders have their value placed in clear view on the packaging.

We only ship within the USA

We do not ship on the weekend or holidays.

Alluforu sources products from multiple warehouses so products may arrive separately.This will not affect shipping pricing.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Confirmation emails are sent out after items have been shipped. All items are shipped using USPS or China Post depending on where the shipping warehouse is located. 

Please make sure all information entered is correct. Incorrect shipping information may be reshipped at your own expense and any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. Please file a claim at your Postal office.
