Returns & Exchanges Policy

It sucks you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, but we're happy to help you. 

In general, Alluforu follows a 14 day return policy for items that are unworn and undamaged. The items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in its original packaging. We're aware you can’t try on items you've purchased online so we've included size charts (if applicable) on individual products for consultation. Please make sure you've taken measurements of yourself before placing your order. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to sizing. 

We know online shopping can be difficult to figure out at times. If you do order a size that is incorrect don’t worry. You’ll get a complementary coupon for 35% off your next order. Just email us at support@alluforu.com for more details.

Alluforu only accepts exchanges & returns that meet the following requirements: 

  • Wrong size(s) shipped due to our error
  • Incorrect item(s) shipped due to our error
  • Print or material flaws due to production error; picture documentation is required. 
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for a return or exchange.  

    Alluforu will not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

    • Customer provided an incorrect address
    • Courier deems the address as insufficient
    • Customer ordered wrong size
    • Buyers remorse

    If you'd like to request a return you must return the product to its original warehouse.

    Alluforu's marketplace sources products from various warehouses that may have unique addresses. Please contact support@alluforu.com for the appropriate warehouse address(es). You must send each product to its individual warehouse.

    To return or exchange a defective item, please send an email to support@alluforu.com for return instructions. Please make sure that you include your order number as well as clearly detail the nature of the return. 

    Products must be returned in original packaging, unworn, and in good condition for a refund to be issued. 

    Please follow the steps below to complete a return:

    1. Message Alluforu at support@alluforu.com with the following information:
        1. Order # (click link)
        2. Report Issue
        3. Issue description
        4. Attach Files (Images of product and packaging to verify condition)
        5. Report Issue
    2. After assessing if you qualify for a return you will be provided with an address to send your return.
    3. Send product to specified warehouse within 14 days of receipt at your own expense.
    4. Once the product is received, if it is found to be in good condition, unworn,  or damaged you will be issued a refund within 7 business days.

        Note: Claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after delivery date.
        Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for paying shipping cost and for the risk of loss or damage to the product during shipping.

        Do not return items to the address in the package as this will extend the return process  

        Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or refunded.

        Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories.

        • Additional non-returnable items:
        • Gift cards
        • Downloadable software products
        • Some health and personal care items
        • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to an error by Alluforu.com are non-refundable.
        • Any item that has been used, is damaged, or has been delivered 15 days or more  are non-refundable.
        • Items purchased using a coupon code, discount, sale items, or items purchased on sale.


        If you items have not arrived within 45 days of the original date of purchase, contact us for a full refund of your purchase.  Our policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries.  

        We once again remind you to please use the size chart on our product page to ensure you're selecting the correct size and fit for the item you are purchasing.  Alluforu is not responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fitting issues and buyers assume all risk when choosing the style and fit of their purchase.
