Returns & Refunds Policy

If you would like to exchange or refund your purchase, please contact support@alluforu.com first. Please allow 1-7 business days for a reply. Thanks for your patience.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your delivery date, you are ineligible for a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

If you buy any product through the site, you are protected if you don't receive your order as advertised and will be awarded a refund not including taxes, fees, and shipping. 

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (including, but not limited to, providing the wrong shipping address)
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the seller’s control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
3. Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alluforu.com
4. Unauthorized charges made to your bank account (e.g. if you bypassed Alluforu.com and made a payment directly to the seller)
5.If you claim an item is not as described, but the seller can prove otherwise.
6.Your purchase was longer than 14 days ago.

Refunds are processed and received within 30 business days due to banking institution regulations. Your patience is appreciated. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Returns 

Returns are unavailable under the following circumstances:
1.Products have been worn or used  
2. If its been longer than 14 days since your delivery date.

Alluforu only accepts exchanges & returns that meet the following requirements: 

  • Wrong size(s) shipped due to our error
  • Incorrect item(s) shipped due to our error
  • Print or material flaws due to production error; picture documentation is required

Note: Claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after delivery date.

Customers can keep the incorrect item and use the store credit to repurchase the item that they initially ordered.

Alluforu will not accept credits or returns for the following:

  • Customer provided an incorrect address
  • Courier deems the address as insufficient
  • Customer ordered wrong size
  • Buyers remorse

    If you are eligible for a return, please contact support@alluforu.com.

    Provide a detailed description of your issues with your purchase. Include pictures or videos of your item. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once the email has been reviewed, and the product has been returned to headquarters you shall receive a full refund within 60 days. 

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

    Additional non-returnable items:
    Gift cards
    Downloadable software products
    Some health and personal care items

    Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to an error by Alluforu.com are non-refundable.
    Any item that has been used, is damaged, or is returned more than 30 days after delivery are non-refundable.
