Refund Policy

If you would like a refund, please contact support@alluforu.com first. Please allow 1-7 business days for a reply. Thanks for your patience.

All items sold on sale are non-refundable

All items purchased with a coupon, discount, or promotional code are non-refundable.

If 15 days have passed since your delivery date, you are ineligible for a refund.

Refunds

If you don't receive your order as advertised you will receive a refund not including taxes, fees, and shipping (if applicable).

Alluforu will refund you if: 

  • Wrong size(s) are shipped due to our error
  • Incorrect item(s) are shipped due to our error
  • Print or material flaws due to production error; picture documentation is required

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (including, but not limited to, providing the wrong shipping address)
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside Alluforu's control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
3. Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Alluforu.com
4. Unauthorized charges made to your bank account (e.g. if you bypassed Alluforu.com and made a payment directly to the seller)
5.Your product was delivered longer than 15 days ago.
6.Products have been worn or used.
7.You ordered a product size without consulting the size chart.
8.You ordered a product on sale.
9.Your order was purchased using a promo code, coupon, discount, or store credit. 
 

Refunds are processed and received within 2-4 weeks due to banking institutions regulations.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items, or purchases made with a coupon or promo code, cannot be refunded.

Upon confirmation and review of the information provided, you will be issued a full refund excluding taxes, fees, and shipping (if applicable). Please contact support@alluforu.com if you do not receive a confirmation email. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being refunded.

Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets. hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items


Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to an error by Alluforu.com are non-refundable.
Any item that has been used, is damaged, or has been delivered 15 days or more  are non-refundable.

  • Certain products are not available for worldwide shipping. Should a product be unable to be shipped to you, you shall receive a refund.
